1. Definitions

"Amit Library," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the library entity located at Chat Ghat Road, Obra, Aurangabad, Bihar - 824124. "Member," "user," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses our services. "Services" include library membership, seat booking, course enrollment, and any other services offered through our website or physical location.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website amitlibraryobra.in, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Parents or legal guardians must consent on behalf of minors under 18 years of age.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
• All members must provide valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or School/College ID) at the time of registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Amit Library reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Library Membership

• Membership is granted for the specific duration and plan selected during registration or renewal.
• Membership grants access only to the batch(es) and seat specified in your plan. Multi-batch access is only included in "Two Batch" and "Full Batch" plans.
• Members must carry their membership card at all times while in the library premises and produce it when requested by staff.
• Membership is non-transferable. Sharing of credentials or allowing others to use your seat is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
• Membership must be renewed before expiry to avoid loss of seat reservation. A 7-day grace period is provided after expiry.

5. Seat Booking and Usage

• Seat bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment or cash payment recorded by library staff.
• Seat reservation is valid for 15 minutes after plan selection. If payment is not completed within this period, the seat is released.
• Members must occupy their assigned seat. Changing seats without staff approval is not permitted.
• The library is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Cash payments must be made in person at the library and recorded in our system by authorized staff.
• Payment confirmation will be sent via SMS and email to the registered contact details.
• In case of payment failure, no charge will be deducted from your account. If any amount is deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days.

7. Code of Conduct

• Members must maintain absolute silence in the reading area.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent or vibrate mode. Calls must be taken outside the reading area.
• Food, drinks, tobacco, and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the library.
• Any form of harassment, misbehavior, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund.
• CCTV surveillance is active for security purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• Amit Library is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on library premises.
• While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted services, we are not liable for closures due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.).
• The library does not guarantee specific outcomes (exam results, job placements) from using our facilities or courses.
• Course materials and study resources are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

9. Termination

Amit Library reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Bihar.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
